生演派(セイエンハ)/Live phenomenon 自己の内から湧き起こる野生と、土地の風土や風景・素材・人間関係など自身を取り巻く環境との共鳴から立ち現れる「生きた創造」。これが我々が実践する創造のあり方である。いま、デザインの活動は都市から地方へと拡張し、地域と根でつながったクリエイティブが新たな価値を育んでいる。京都や福井を拠点とする我々もまた、それぞれの領域から地域を見つめ、触れ、自らの血肉に変えながら制作を続けている。その実践は既成の枠組みを揺さぶり、都市と地方、さらにはグローバルを横断して創造性を更新するはずだ。細胞のように自律しつつも連鎖するこの姿勢こそ、都市のデザインに新たな問いを投げかけるものであると信じている。我々はこの営みをひとまずは“生演派/Live Phenomenon”と呼ぶ。 Live Phenomenon refers to a form of living creation that emerges from the resonance between the wild impulses rising from within oneself and the surrounding environment its climate, landscape, materials, and human relationships.This is the mode of creation we practice.Today, design activity is expanding beyond urban centers into regional contexts, where creativity rooted deeply in local communities is cultivating new values. Based in Kyoto and Fukui, we engage with these regions from our respective disciplines observing, touching, and gradually transforming what we encounter into part of our own flesh and blood through continuous making.Such practices have the potential to unsettle established frameworks, renewing creativity across boundaries between city and countryside, and further, across global contexts. Autonomous yet interconnected like living cells, this attitude poses new questions to urban-centered design as we know it.
